NSI Approved Category II Control Room
Our new state of the art Remote Video Response Centre is nearly finished! The control room will be certificated to BS8418 and BS5979 Category II.

Early 2009 will see its completion and we shall be arranging a launch party to celebrate. More news on that soon.

New Appointments at Arc

Remote Video Response Centre Manager
We are delighted to announce that Steve Wragg has been appointed Centre Manager at Arc. Steve has considerable experience gained at Arc over the last seven years and his responsibilities will be focusing on all control room and customer and end user activities.

Sales and New Business Development
Laura Banks moves into the position of Sales and New Business Development, In her new role, she will build relationships with our existing customer base, as well as developing new opportunities in the market. Laura has been with Arc for over two years, and already well known to Arc's customers. She has a great deal of technical expertise and understanding of the Remote Video Response market.
