We've moved, and we're building a new Remote Video Response Centre!

Arc moved in February to new, larger premises near to Rolls Royce and Airbus in Bristol. The move will enable us to expand further by building a new BS5979 and BS8418 compliant control room within our new premises. This means we will become an accredited NSI Gold Alarm and Remote Video Response Centre during 2008.

New Appointments at Arc

Remote Video Response Centre Manager
We are delighted to announce that Steve Wragg has been appointed Centre Manager at Arc. Steve has considerable experience gained at Arc over the last seven years and his responsibilities will be focusing on all control room and customer and end user activities.

Sales and New Business Development
Laura Banks moves into the position of Sales and New Business Development, In her new role, she will build relationships with our existing customer base, as well as developing new opportunities in the market. Laura has been with Arc for over two years, and already well known to Arc's customers. She has a great deal of technical expertise and understanding of the Remote Video Response market.
