Sian Doherty

Managing Director

Sian joined Arc in 2010 as a front line operator in the control room, she quickly worked her way through the ranks and became Managing Director in 2021.

She has over a decade of experience providing innovative security solutions for Arc’s Customers.

Sian is passionate about promoting diversity within the security industry whilst making it a career of choice. She is a director of the Women's Security Society, committee member for the BSIA ARC SIG and member of the Security Institute.

Paul French

National Business Manager

Paul joined Arc in 2024 and has over 20 years experience within the security industry, specifically Alarm Receiving Centres as well mobile and manned services. Paul understands and anticipates the needs of customers seeking remote monitored solutions.

Paul ensures he develops relationships with industry leaders and figureheads, keeping up to date on all technological developments to deliver the best solutions to his customers.

When Paul is not touring the country meeting security installers, he can be found on the golf course or halfway up a mountain.

Mitch Collier

Operations Manager

Mitch joined Arc at the end of 2021 to manage the operation of our control room.

He has 8 years’ experience in working an 24/7 control room environment and leading teams through different operational challenges.

Mitch dedicates time to ensure we are meeting customer and business expectations by identifying improvements, implementing positive changes and encourages colleagues to develop fully in their role.

Jack Smith-Morse

Customer Service Team Leader

Jack.Smith-Morse@arcmon.com

Jack joined Arc in 2018 as a night shift operator in our control room, before moving to the day shift and then into the customer services team, providing technical support to customers.

He spent the last few years learning everything he can about the products Arc's customers use and how he can assist them every step of the way.

Jack has an interest in embracing innovation and new developments within the industry and building his knowledge bank.
