Arc Monitoring provides SIA-licensed Key Holding and Emergency Response services to sites across the UK, 24/7, 365 days a year. In conjunction with our Scheduled Security Patrols, our clients find peace of mind that comes with crime prevention, not just damage limitation.

The Key Holding service

On request Licenced Operatives are dispatched to attend sites within pre-agreed timescales.

On arrival they will check the premises for criminal damage and allow access to emergency services as required.

Where further escalation is required for example in the case of serious incidents, we will contact you to bring you up to speed, prior to a full written reports are provided, with evidence collected describing the incident, actions taken and persons contacted.

Scheduled Security Patrols

If a site is aware of a new or heightened risk, our Scheduled Patrols provide an intruder deterrent and a rapid response solution in the event of a potential security breach. These pre-agreed, timed tours check the the perimeter of a site plus the entrance(s).

• On-site presence within 30 minutes*

• A minimum of 60 minutes on site after call-out

• Full reporting in the case of serious incidents
